Event Registration Usher

The company develops digital solutions that make weddings more structured, easy, and efficient while creating memorable moments for couples and their guests. Current services include digital invitations, WhatsApp broadcast tools, RSVP systems, digital guestbooks, guest messaging, electronic giving, a dedicated helpdesk, seat management, and QR check-in to streamline guest flow and event operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and guide them through the registration and QR check-in process at wedding events.
• Set up and maintain the registration area, check guest lists, and scan QR codes.
• Manage queues, direct guests to seating, and answer basic questions about the event and digital tools such as digital invitations and RSVP confirmations.
• Coordinate with the helpdesk and event coordination team to resolve registration issues and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide courteous front-of-house customer service.
• Support other front-of-house activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Based in Phuket, Thailand.
• Well-groomed appearance with good posture and presentation.
• Able to communicate confidently in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well in a team and perform under pressure during events.
• Quick to respond and possess basic problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience as an usher, guest reception staff, or event crew is an advantage but not required.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Additional Information

On-site role based in Phuket. Employment type: full-time. Flexible hours including weekends and public holidays may be required.
