About the Role

The role involves introducing new product features to Channel Customers, assisting them in selecting and configuring products, and providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Responsibilities

• Introduce new product features to Channel Customers and help customers select and configure products.
• Select suitable product models according to customers’ BOQ list and requirements.
• Respond to customers to help solve technical problems.
• Train technical staff of Channel Customers to improve their technology level.
• Understand and consolidate customer demand for products and feedback to the product department for improvement.
• Cooperate with sales staff to analyze practical customer needs and provide a complete project plan.
• Complete project bidding work, help customers prepare tender documents and conduct project tenders to required standards.
• Assist sales in determining project operation phases, understand real project status, forecast project risk and seek solutions.
• Coordinate resources and provide technical support.
• Cooperate with Marketing to promote Dahua technology and concepts to customers and gather market feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; major related to science, engineering or IT.
• More than 1 year related technical engineer support experience.
• Technical support experience in network, communications, computers or related fields.
• Technical support experience in CCTV field highly preferred; familiar with camera and DVR device connecting.
• Familiar with Office software; familiar with sniffers, NCOM, commonly used network serial port capture tools; know how to configure router, switch and IP addresses.
• Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking, listening) is a must; Chinese speaking is highly preferred.
• Good at delivering product presentations or training is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in technical support for CCTV systems.
• Ability to conduct training sessions effectively.
