Review customer requirements, prepare quality documents, perform root cause analysis, and support quality activities in new product launches as a Project Quality Engineer. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and customers, and support internal/external audits.

Responsibility
- Review customer requirements (drawings, specifications, technical standards)
- Prepare and maintain quality documents (Control Plan, WI, Check Sheet)
- Perform root cause analysis and support corrective actions (8D)
- Support or lead quality activities in new product launches (APQP / PPAP)
- Monitor and improve Cost of Non-Quality (COPQ)
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and customers on quality issues
- Support internal and external audits (IATF16949 / ISO9001)
- Control non-conforming products and quality processes
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or equivalent work experiences in related field.
- Minimum 3 years experiences in quality field of manufacturing for automotive manufacturing.
- Knowledge and experience in ISO9001, IATF16949 or related quality management system.
- Knowledge and experience in advanced product quality planning activities and using various quality tools i.e. Control Plan, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, Problem Analysis tools.
- Must have strong problem-solving skills, analytical skills and decision-making skills and report writing skills.
- Good command of English speaking and writing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven team working and team building skills.
