Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives by leveraging emerging technologies, industry trends, and AI/ML advancements to support organizational transformation.
• Identify, prioritize, and drive AI-enabled opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and data-driven decision making.
• Conduct strategic assessments, requirements analysis, and develop business cases for technology-driven initiatives, including AI adoption readiness.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships and collaborations with external organizations and technology providers.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable digital and AI solutions.
• Lead complex, cross-functional projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and ethical AI practices, including data governance and risk management.
• Deliver customer support and training programs using effective instructional design and adult learning methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in the field of Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and build consensus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and customer focus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both Thai and English.
• Solid understanding of solution architecture, system implementation, integration, and relevant AI/cloud platforms.
