Client Success Representative (Remote within APAC region, Contract)

About the Role

INFUSE is seeking a Client Success Representative to deliver exceptional client experiences. This is a contract role, remote within the APAC region. You will work with a variety of industries to build long-lasting client relationships and support delivery of solutions that meet client objectives.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives
• Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and grow opportunities within the territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
• Provide assistance across administrative and operational tasks such as data entry, updating internal systems, and managing schedules

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing client relationships, preferably in hospitality, client success, or sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Empathetic understanding of client needs and ability to address them effectively
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to offer solutions
