Supply Chain Director

About the Role

• Develop and execute the company's overall supply chain strategy, aligning with the broader business objectives.
• Oversee all supply chain functions, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
• Develop and implement robust demand forecasting models to optimize inventory levels and reduce stockouts.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
• Implement supply chain technologies and systems to enhance efficiency and visibility.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain processes and reduce costs.
• Develop and manage a high-performing supply chain team.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the retail industry.
• Proven track record in leading and transforming supply chain operations.
• Deep understanding of demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization techniques.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Chinese (HSK Level 5 or above) or excellent English communication skills.
