IT Infrastucture Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Network Implementation: Assist in deploying and configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points across our offices and manufacturing sites in Thailand.
• System Maintenance: Monitor network performance, ensure SLA, and perform routine updates to keep our critical systems running smoothly.
• Embracing New Technology: Research and support the integration of next-gen solutions like SD-WAN, Cloud Networking (Azure/AWS), and IoT in a smart factory environment.
• Network Security: Implement strict security protocols to protect sensitive data. Manage VPNs, access controls, and respond to potential security threats under global standards.
• Collaboration: Work alongside internal IT teams, global IT teams and 3rd party vender to troubleshoot complex issues and support localized infrastructure projects.
• Manage team and budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related fields.
• Having 3-5 years experience in Network and IT Security field.
• Direct experiences working related with implement and maintain Network & security at least 3 years.
• Understanding of Network Foundation & Strong understanding of OSI Model and TCP/IP stack.
• Routing & Switching: VLAN, OSPF, BGP and Wireless Networking environment. (CCNA certification will be advantageous)
• Network Security : Next-Generation Firewalls such as Fortinet (FortiGate), Palo Alto.
• SD-WAN & Cloud with SD-WAN concepts and basic cloud networking components.[Optional]
