Medical Product Specialist - Bangkok (Private Hospital)

Responsibilities

• Deliver detailed F2F or online presentations on new and existing products to physicians and other HCPs, highlighting benefits, active ingredients, usage, side effects and supporting clinical studies
• Provide medical literature, research studies and clinical trial data to doctors
• Handle objections and address concerns raised by doctors regarding product use or potential adverse effects
• Plan, schedule and conduct daily/weekly/monthly visits to healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, hospital staff) in assigned territory following company guidelines
• Ensure regular follow-ups for product usage, educational symposiums and related activities and provide up-to-date educational materials (brochures, leaflets, clinical studies)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, nurses and other medical professionals in the assigned territory
• Achieve sales targets, maintain forecast accuracy, and secure product listings in dispensary rooms and on shelves
• Develop and execute plans to acquire key promoter doctors and collaborate with sales and marketing teams on strategies to meet targets
• Adhere to all company policies, regulations and medical compliance; ensure promotional materials, sponsorships, gifts, FOC and interactions comply with company compliance policy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, pharmacy, business)
• Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and products and familiarity with clinical studies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build/maintain HCP relationships
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets; strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
