Insights Data Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for an Insights Data Analyst to interpret data from mainstream media, online and social listening into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making for clients. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, the ability to interpret large datasets, and the capability to communicate insights clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from social listening platforms, media monitoring tools, and other data sources to generate actionable insights
• Interpret media, social, and market trends to support client strategy and decision-making
• Develop analytical reports, dashboards, and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders
• Translate complex datasets into clear business insights and recommendations
• Work closely with Client Success, Business Development, and Operations teams to deliver high-value insights to clients
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency of analytical outputs
• Identify business problems and provide data solutions to solve client problems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Communications, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, media intelligence, market research, or insight analytics
• Experience working with social listening tools, media monitoring platforms, or digital analytics
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Strong communication skills in English and Thai
• Able to work independently, prioritize under pressure, and able to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• Thai Nationality
