Senior Product Management, Supply Chain, Shopee

About the Role

We are currently hiring for a Product Manager to drive development, testing, and adoption of supply chain and logistics solutions that power millions of users at Shopee Thailand. You will work closely with local business teams to understand operational requirements, propose feature improvements, whilst reviewing and testing features initiated from HQ.

This role requires willingness to do hands-on execution with a mix of strategic thinking in a fast-paced, data driven work culture.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, business case, and UX flows while ensuring technical feasibility and proper impact assessment
• Drive product delivery by working closely with Regional PM, QA/testing, and development to ensure timely and high-quality releases
• Plan and execute UATs and live tests; partner with developers and operations to identify issues, prioritize fixes, and ensure smooth releases
• Enable end users through product demos, training sessions, and thorough documentation to support adoption
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Business Development, SPX, and ShopeeFood to align on product direction

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Technology, or similar roles; relevant degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
• Prior experience in product testing / QA / BA / Product Owner
• Structured and detail-oriented mindset; able to keep track of tasks independently
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; conversational English is highly preferred
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate high ownership
• Skills in UI mockups and basic SQL coding are not required but highly desirable
