About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and creative Business Development Manager for the SEA region, specifically Thailand. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the forex trading industry and a proven ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high levels of client acquisition and retention
• Develop and manage strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Promote company products and services effectively (forex & CFD markets)
• Provide product training and support to clients
• Handle client inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely manner
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
• Resolve client issues efficiently and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Represent the company in meetings and business events (locally and internationally)
• Maintain high service standards and uphold company reputation
• Identify new business opportunities within the forex/CFD trading space
• Develop market strategies targeting high-potential traders and partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2–3+ years of experience in the forex trading industry (mandatory)
• Experience in sales, account management, IB partnerships, or brokerage operations
• Strong command of English and Thai (written and verbal) is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of forex/CFD markets, trading platforms, or brokerage environments
