Head of Strategic Data Support (Customer Insight)

About the Role

Define and drive strategic data management initiatives while leading the team in developing, analyzing, and maximizing the value of data to support business strategic decision-making. Leverage data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and strengthen the organization’s competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and integrate data from multiple sources, including customer, market, and competitor data, to support strategic decision-making and project development initiatives.
• Assess project feasibility and potential success opportunities, and provide recommendations to optimize, enhance, or streamline project models in alignment with business objectives and data insights.
• Utilize data insights to forecast project performance and outcomes, and provide strategic recommendations to management and key stakeholders.
• Monitor, measure, and evaluate project performance, and summarize findings and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Lead and drive the Service Champion initiative to enhance employee service quality and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Strategy.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in data team management or strategic data project management.
• Strong experience in sales and marketing management is required.
• Experience in retail, restaurant, oil & gas, or food & beverage (F&B) industries is required.
• Strong multitasking abilities, leadership skills, and team management capabilities.
• Strategic and systematic thinking skills, with the ability to effectively align operations with business strategies.
• Proficient in Power BI and other data analytics tools/software.
• Ability to utilize analytical tools to process, analyze, and generate actionable insights to support business decisions effectively.
• Strong understanding of data management, reporting, and presenting insights clearly and effectively to executives and stakeholders.

• Legally authorized to work in Thailand.
• Able to travel domestically as assigned.
