About the Role

Leading the UX and design strategy to enhance user interactions and satisfaction across digital platforms. Oversee the design and implementation of user-centered experiences, ensure alignment with business goals, lead a team of UX professionals, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure design solutions meet high standards of quality and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the UX and design strategy to enhance user experience and support business objectives.
• Lead the conceptual design process, evaluate design options and create compelling experiences.
• Oversee user and UX research to gather insights on end-users and product requirements and conduct discovery workshops.
• Review and approve design outputs to ensure consistency with ttb’s brand experience, fulfill requirements, solve end-user issues, and meet pixel-perfect quality and readiness for development.
• Collaborate with product owners and engineers to define solutions for product direction, visuals and experience.
• Plan and define product design roadmap aligned with ttb spark’s roadmap and development plan and monitor analytics to steer future design development.
• Lead, mentor and develop the UX and design team by setting goals, performance metrics and professional development opportunities.
• Promote and drive innovation in UX and design practices, implement and enforce best practices and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master degree in design, computer science or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience including UX/UI Designer, Team Lead or relevant roles.
• Strong Figma and Adobe program skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, management, organizational and leadership skills.
• Working onsite 100%.

• Strong Figma and Adobe program proficiency for UI design and handoff.
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver design-ready assets.
• Ability to use analytics and research insights to inform design decisions.
