Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Acting as the "wingman" to the sales or business development team, translating complex tech capabilities into tangible business value for the client's C-suite (CEO, CTO, CIO)
• Designing and presenting tailored PoCs or technical demos that prove your system can handle the specific, high-scale demands of the customer's requirements
• Leading technical discovery workshops with the customer for developing the solutions
• Collaborating with the client's internal tech teams on co-creation of architecture
• Leading project effort evaluation and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline development processes, ensuring resource efficiency and timely delivery
• Translating complex technical architectural concepts into clear business values for Commercial, Project Managers, Business Stakeholders, and C-level executives
• Evaluating the trade-offs of emerging technologies versus traditional software approaches or business processes, ensuring the chosen tech stack aligns with business ROI
• Backing up the commercial term and conditions with technical reality regarding SLA & scalability commitments
• Mentoring software engineers, enforcing coding standards, and guiding the team through complex architectural implementations
• Working in fast-paced Agile environments, adapting quickly to the rapidly evolving landscape of business and technology trends

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Software Engineering, Business Analysis, or solution consulting
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Demonstrable experience in designing, deploying, and scaling large-scale software systems or software Development and AI-integrated applications in production environments
• Understanding of designing systems powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and Autonomous Agents
• Experience with multi-agent system (MAS) architectures, tool-use (Function Calling), and agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI)
• Experience knowledge in area of Commerce, Retails, Logistic, BFSI industries
