COE Engineering Lead, Thailand

Role Purpose:

Support the Carrier SEA Centre of Excellence for System Solutions by providing technical, commercial, and operational support across the installed base lifecycle. The role works with country teams, sales, service operations, and engineering to develop solutions, improve execution consistency, and help drive customer value across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide system solutions support for service modernization, controls optimization, and digital service opportunities across Southeast Asia.
• Support solution development, technical assessments, site analysis, and proposal inputs for lifecycle opportunities.
• Work with sales and service teams to develop value propositions, quotations, and lifecycle opportunity support.
• Support implementation readiness, issue resolution, and consistent application of standard methods and tools.
• Contribute to standardization, documentation, lessons learned, and cross-country capability sharing.

Success Indicators

• Lifecycle opportunities are supported with timely, accurate, and practical technical inputs.
• Proposals and solution development are delivered with good quality and alignment to customer needs.
• Implementation support helps improve consistency, issue resolution, and execution readiness.
• Knowledge sharing and documentation contribute to stronger capability across the regional COE.
