Controls Service Technician 3

What will you do

As Technician you play a crucial role in maintaining optimal physical conditions and smooth operation within the data centers. Your responsibilities encompass a diverse range of tasks, including the regulation of air and water temperature. Additionally, you will be involved in the ongoing inspection, maintenance, and repair of various components within the data center to assess the overall functionality of these systems to meet Service Level Agreements. Working closely with the team site Health & Safety Officer, you also prioritize and uphold environmental and safety standards to ensure consistent compliance.

How you will do it

• You are responsible for all regional service calls and Service Level Agreements (SLA) in place.
• You engage directly with customers to fulfill service requests and any maintenance opportunities.
• You engage directly with customer's operations teams to ensure the smooth running of all local assets.
• Report all works undertaken via system.
• Work with all Mechanical / Electrical operatives or Sub contractors as required.
• Ensure all work undertaken is done in compliance with Health & safety standards.
• Share upstream customer information on investments, local influencers/decision makers.
• Works to develop, directly and through networks a qualified pipeline of opportunities, and then drives to convert into Service business orders.
• Work with management and colleagues to growth the after-sales service business and share best practice.
• You are prepared to travel to other countries and locations as required by workload.
