Production Team Leader (MOE1.1)

About the Company

Location: Robert Bosch Automotive Technologies (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Hemaraj Industrial Estate, Tasith, Pluak Daeng, Rayong, Thailand

This site is an integrated manufacturing plant and R&D center — the first smart factory in Thailand — supporting automotive customers locally and internationally. The plant will manufacture gasoline injection systems with capacity up to 1 million fuel injector units per year. The R&D center and laboratory are located on the same site to support automotive testing (fuel testing benches, NVH chambers).

Responsibilities

• Plan tools, capacity, machines and stock to ensure smooth production operations.
• Manage and control production process to achieve production plan with SQCD in line with company standards.
• Manage stock for molding parts, perform ReLOWISA, KANBAN and maintain part quantities in SAP.
• Monitor daily production performance based on defined KPIs (OEE, productivity, IDC) and act on deviations in collaboration with the team; escalate when necessary.
• Record production data (hourly output, loss time) and post to SAP.
• Control shopfloor documentation and support Industry 4.0 activities related to operations.
• Request work-on to ensure daily consumables, tools and equipment availability.
• Drive policy deployment and continuous improvement; motivate subordinates to participate in activities.
• Confirm 4M changes and maintain up-to-date production documents; support trials and shopfloor preparation for growth.
• Prepare daily production and production problem reports per requirements.
• Implement Bosch Production System (BPS) activities such as 140, 5S and support cost saving / improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education: High Vocational Certificate or above.
• At least 3 years of working experience in people management.
• Fair communication skills in English (reading and writing); other languages are an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of injection molding process and experience in plastic mold industry.
• Knowledge or experience as SAP shopfloor key user and SAP analysis.
• Knowledge or experience in production process control, automation, or molding parts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally; willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
