About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Associate to join the Regional Financial Strategy team, supporting financial planning, performance monitoring, and strategic analysis across multiple markets. This role focuses on understanding overall business performance across multiple markets, consolidating insights from local teams, and enabling data-driven decision-making for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end preparation of financial performance updates for senior management meetings; consolidate insights from multiple markets and validate data consistency; track key business drivers and identify performance gaps; highlight risks, opportunities, and emerging issues.
• Assist in budgeting and re-forecasting processes across markets; build, maintain, and optimize the financial models used across markets to ensure standardized reporting; support scenario and sensitivity analysis for financial decision-making.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of spending/investments at a regional level; support analyzing financial business cases; provide structured financial framework to support decision-making.
• Act as the main point of contact (regional-to-local bridge), cascade regional directives into actionable local tasks; coordinate with country finance teams to ensure timely and accurate inputs; tailor analytical approaches and reporting narratives to local context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in auditing, consulting, investment banking, or strategy roles.
• Strong knowledge in financial analysis, financial modelling, and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good systematic thinking, stakeholder management, strong attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure and time restrictions.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
