Media Search Analyst – Thai language (WFH)

About the Role

Flexible, part-time role evaluating digital media and search relevance using an innovative web-based evaluation tool. Set your own schedule and work remotely to assess content across apps, music, video, books, podcasts and HomePod-related tasks. This is a long-term project with ongoing quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments across task categories including music, video, books, podcasts and HomePod evaluations
• Analyze and evaluate search outcomes for App Store content
• Conduct online research to assess and validate query accuracy and user intent
• Apply market knowledge and provided guidelines to determine relevance and purpose of task-related information for the Thai market

Qualifications

• Fluent in Thai and English (written and spoken)
• Resident in Thailand for the last 12 months with familiarity of current and historical business, media, sports, news, social media and cultural affairs in Thailand
• Active email associated with an Apple ID and familiarity with Apple products
• Up-to-date knowledge of trends in applications, music and video and interest in internet research
• Daily access to a secure broadband internet connection, computer and relevant software
• Ability to work independently, adapt to new methodologies, high attention to detail and strong communication skills
• High school degree or higher preferred but not required
• Pass a qualification assessment and complete ID verification; work subject to standard quality assurance checks
