Responsibilities
The F&B Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, high service standards, and strong financial performance. The role leads and develops the F&B team, drives revenue and profitability, maintains quality and hygiene standards, and works closely with Culinary, Sales, Events, and other departments to deliver outstanding dining experiences in line with Anantara's luxury hospitality standards.
