Responsibilities

• Clarifies and aligns product specifications and requirements with the customer/supplier and the technical product development team.
• Identifies and resolves technical issues and risks to achieve project goals by considering the whole process chain.
• Specifies product design, mold and sampling requirements (in PDS) and plans, participates in and reviews samplings and mold qualifications under technical and economic aspects.
• Executes product development tasks/projects and coordinates activities from project initiation until project close-out under supervision.
• Develops project plans to manage objectives, scope, schedule, resources and budgets.
• Secures production approval and project closing and communicates effectively within the project organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in technical fields, Engineering, or equivalent experience in related fields.
• Knowledge of polymer materials and rigid polymer packaging.
• Curiosity for technical innovations and distinct technical understanding.
• Project management skills and leadership abilities.
• Interpersonal competence, social adaptability and distinctive communication skills.
• Structured, solution-oriented approach and strong problem-solving competence.
• Well-groomed personality; written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel globally and intercultural competency.
