Finance Manager

About the Role

The Vice President Finance & Accounting reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for all aspects of Finance, Accounting, and Investor Relations functions of the Company and its overseas subsidiaries in Vietnam. The key roles are supporting and driving the Company's business growth.

Responsibilities

• Direct, manage and oversee all aspects of finance, accounting, and investor relations of the AMATA VN Group.
• Responsible and oversee accounting and related functions to ensure relevant reporting compliance according to SET, SEC, and other regulations.
• Represent the Company as a spokesperson in communication with analysts, investors, and shareholders.
• Support and execute the Company's investment expansions, potential partnerships via new projects, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions.
• Provide recommendations and execution plans to support the Strategic Plan of the Company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferably.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in management in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or related fields.
• Experience in a listed company, SET/SEC-related, is an advantage.
• Strong finance technical knowledge and financial modeling skills.
• Strong knowledge in IFRS accounting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in spoken Thai.
• Excellent command of English (TOEIC > 750).
• Must be willing to travel both domestically and internationally when required.
