Responsibilities

• Logistics and Shipping Management: formulate, review, and optimize material shipping plans based on the company's material shipping needs; coordinate internal and external logistics resources; implement daily shipping plans and ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods; track the entire transportation process, monitor logistics nodes in real time, and promptly handle transportation anomalies to ensure safe and timely delivery.
• Customs Management: manage import and export customs declarations; track customs compliance and relevant policy changes; ensure the company's import/export business complies with customs and related regulatory requirements and mitigate compliance risks; optimize customs costs and handle customs anomalies.
• Cost Control and Efficiency Improvement: responsible for logistics and customs cost control within the assigned region, develop cost budgets, monitor actual expenditures, analyze cost deviations, and propose improvement measures; summarize and analyze logistics and customs anomaly and status data; optimize operational processes to improve material handling efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction; promote the application of logistics and customs information systems to improve data transparency and collaborative efficiency.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: work closely with procurement, production, sales, and finance to ensure smooth integration of logistics and customs processes; participate in supply chain optimization projects and provide rational suggestions from a logistics and customs perspective.
