About the Company

Crimson Global Academy (CGA) is a world-class online school delivering live, real-time learning to ambitious students around the world. With over 1000 students joining us from 65 countries, our vision is to unlock our students' limitless potential, together, for extraordinary futures.

We are doing this by:

• Igniting a passion for learning that accelerates academic performance and success regardless of age.
• Fostering a global community that broadens students' perspectives and develops their skills to make a difference on the world stage.
• Providing cutting-edge technology for teachers to launch students into their future while giving parents transparency into their child’s education.

And we need your help to take our expansion global! Our team is looking to bring on someone to support the growth of upcoming marketing initiatives. This role will be fast-paced, with a breadth of day-to-day activities and endless development opportunities.

We are hiring with the view that the role may transition to a full-time position beyond the initial project period.

What you'll do

• You'll own the development, maintenance, and technical health of the CGA website, keeping it running smoothly, fixing issues fast, and building new features as the Global Marketing team's needs evolve.
• You'll work closely with our Marketing Lead and Designer on new pages and modules, and be the first point of contact for website support requests across the business — triaging and resolving them promptly.
• You'll also own the site's technical SEO in support of an active GEO/AI search strategy. It's not a pure SEO role, but a working understanding is a real asset.

What you'll need

• Highly responsive, proactive, and comfortable with autonomy
• Experience with our stack: Next.js / React, HTML5 / CSS / Tailwind, TypeScript, Node, Vercel and AWS, Storyblok
• A basic understanding of technical SEO (hreflangs, sitemaps, site hierarchy) is helpful
• A keen problem solver who troubleshoots independently
• A life-long learner — always curious, always open to new things

What success looks like

• CGA is successful when our students are successful.
• You're responsive, you reply promptly, flag blockers early, and don't go dark.
• You troubleshoot proactively rather than waiting to be asked.
• You collaborate closely with Marketing on new pages, modules, and improvements.
• You manage website support requests across the business, resolving them quickly.
• You translate technical issues into plain language for stakeholders.
• You give good estimates, keep people updated, and deliver on time.
• You document judiciously, knowledge isn't power unless it's shared.
• You write code you'd be happy to put your name to.
• You monitor site health, catching issues before they become problems.
