Responsibilities

• Engage the model with financial institution scenarios, regulatory and compliance questions, and analytical exercises.
• Verify factual correctness and institutional logic in model outputs.
• Assess risk-related reasoning including credit risk, liquidity management, and capital adequacy.
• Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes to strengthen model reasoning and accuracy.
• Provide structured feedback to improve prompts, evaluation frameworks, and analytical depth.
• Identify where models oversimplify financial regulations or misinterpret institutional processes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of banking systems, financial regulation, capital markets, retail and commercial banking, central banking, compliance, risk management, lending practices, financial products, and institutional governance.
• Background in finance, economics, accounting, business administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Experience working in banks, credit unions, regulatory bodies, financial consultancies, or related institutions is highly valued; entry-level candidates with foundational knowledge and strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
• Clear, metacognitive communication—explicitly articulating reasoning and decision processes (“showing your work”)—is essential.

Benefits

• Pay range: $6 to $65 per hour; exact rate determined after evaluating experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary.
