Graduates of the Program go on to drive positive change across education, policy, social enterprise, and the public and private sectors.
The Role
Head of Partnerships (Fundraising Director) — lead growth and impact expansion over the next 5 years by increasing the funding base, expanding strategic partnerships, and deepening influence across education, business, philanthropy, and government. Lead a Partnerships team to raise at least THB 70M annually, mobilize high-profile champions, secure transformative partnerships, and ensure Teach for Thailand is positioned as a leading force in education and social impact. Success metrics include 15% YoY funding growth, deeper multi-year partnerships, public-private collaborations, and strengthened cross-sector presence.

- Maintain a 95% donor renewal rate and increase new donor conversion from 8% to 25%
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee a strategic plan to increase revenue generation across corporate, foundation, and public sector funding streams and diversify the funding base (targeting at least 15% annual increases depending on scale)
- Develop, deliver, evaluate, and refresh a partnerships strategy to secure financial and in-kind resources for program delivery
- Engage current partners through creative and systematic levers (e.g., corporate volunteering programs) to achieve ~95% partner renewal
- Identify, research, and design engagement funnels to move potential donors from awareness to commitment, targeting ~25% conversion for new donors
- Engage and build relations with local (provincial) and national government (Local Administrative Units, Ministry of Education, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, etc.) to explore and secure funding of teachers' salaries
- Hire, lead, and develop team members; build a strong, high-performing, and sustainable team culture to retain top performers
- Foster a results-driven environment by setting clear performance goals and providing professional development opportunities
- Serve as a Senior Leadership Team member: represent the organization's vision and values, develop and oversee organization-wide strategic and operational plans, and monitor organizational performance
Qualifications

- Strategic thinker with strong focus on execution; able to balance big-picture strategy with attention to operational detail and priorities under pressure
- Relentlessly curious and committed to growth; seeks feedback and continual learning
- Exceptional relationship builder with the ability to build trust and manage relationships across levels
