Human Resources Business Partner (Head of HR Thailand)

About the Role

We are supporting a global manufacturing organization in their search for a Site HR Business Partner (Head of HR Thailand) to join their team in Chonburi. This role will act as the key HR partner for the site, working closely with management to support business objectives through people strategies, employee relations, talent initiatives, and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR partner for the site, collaborating with local leadership, regional HR teams and centers of expertise.
• Deploy HR programs and initiatives across the site to ensure alignment between business priorities and people practices.
• Provide guidance across the full employee lifecycle including workforce planning, talent management, performance processes, organizational development and employee engagement.
• Support operational leaders and shopfloor populations; foster positive employee relations and support change initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies; deliver practical HR solutions to management.

Qualifications

• Strong HR generalist experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Exposure to labor relations and Thai employment law.
• Experience in talent management, organizational development, HR compliance and HR operations.
• Proven ability to support operational leaders and shopfloor populations.
• Thai language proficiency is required to communicate with local employees, management and external stakeholders.
• Proactive and commercially minded, with strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
