Marketing & Distribution Executive

About the Job

BurdaLuxury is looking for a motivated Marketing and Distribution Executive to help drive our luxury magazines' success — both in print and digital. You'll work closely with production, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure our magazines reach the right readers on time while supporting marketing efforts to grow our subscription base.

This role offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience across operations and marketing within one of Asia's most vibrant media houses!

Responsibilities

• Support marketing initiatives to expand our reader base and improve customer experience
• Manage subscription orders, invoicing, and customer communication
• Coordinate timely delivery of print magazines and oversee shipping logistics
• Upload digital magazines and manage our online sales platforms
• Work closely with editorial, marketing, and sales teams to align campaigns and schedule
• Oversee inventory, returns, and bulk distribution
• Support print order planning and vendor communication
• Maintain accurate subscriber and distribution databases
• Help with circulation reporting and explore new opportunities to grow our reach

What We Are Looking For

• Some experience in marketing, distribution, or operations (fresh graduates are also welcome!)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Good project management and organizational skills
• Can communicate both Thai and English fluently (required)
• Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
