Product Strategy (Wealth Solution)

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and analytically driven Product Strategy Manager to join the Total Wealth Solution team at AIA Thailand. This role focuses on shaping and executing product strategies for wealth-focused life insurance solutions, including unit linked, annuity, and endowment products to drive sustainable growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies for wealth-related life insurance products.
• Identify market opportunities and design solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis to uncover trends, assess performance, and inform strategic decisions.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights that support product innovation and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate and implement strategic initiatives and prepare strategic reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead and manage strategic product initiatives from concept to execution, monitor project milestones, risks, and outcomes to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Communicate complex financial concepts clearly and persuasively to internal and external stakeholders and foster strong cross-department relationships.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in life insurance, wealth management, or mutual fund industries, with a focus on product strategy or business development.
• Strong understanding of unit linked, annuity, and endowment products and their role in long-term financial planning.
• Proven ability to solve complex business problems using structured analytical approaches and advanced quantitative analysis.
• Solid business judgment and commercial acumen.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
• Demonstrated project management experience with strategic impact.
• Growth mindset, proactive attitude, and collaborative spirit.
