About the Company

Minor Lifestyle is one of Thailand's largest distributors of lifestyle brands with over 400 points of sale focusing primarily on fashion and lifestyle products. Its brands include Gap, Esprit, Bossini, Brooks Brothers, Etam, Anello, Radley, Charles & Keith, Zwilling J.A. Henckels, Joseph Joseph, and Minor Smart Kids. In addition, Minor Lifestyle also operates contract manufacturing business under Nawasri Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and archive all graphic design, layout, and artwork for the hotel, including forms, brochures, leaflets, flyers, posters, menu inserts, business cards, and digital photos.
• Ensure correct file naming and reference control for design assets.
• Create visual and video content for the hotel’s social media platforms such as TikTok, vlogs, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Support brand image, marketing activities, and guest engagement through creative content.
• Maintain high ethical standards to ensure brand consistency, professional integrity, and quality of services delivered to guests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Communication Arts, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design; experience in hospitality or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
• Proven track record in producing advertisements, corporate identity, and promotional materials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within given timelines and budget constraints.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with basic 3D or motion graphic tools.
• Basic skills in photo and video shooting, editing, and content creation for social media platforms (e.g. TikTok, YouTube, Instagram).
• Understanding of social media trends and digital content formats.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; computer literacy with proficiency in Mac OS preferable.
