Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales presentations following the company's consultative sales process: build trust with prospects, lead resort tours, explain product features and benefits, complete and close sales contracts, and follow up with new members.
• Collaborate with sales management to minimize cancellations, analyze problems, and complete purchase summary worksheets.
• Provide service to members by responding to inquiries and leveraging available resources.
• Manage time effectively, learn company culture and processes, improve sales presentation approaches, participate in training sessions and meetings, mentor other Sales/Membership Executives, stay informed about current events, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; diploma or equivalent acceptable.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong presentation skills; friendly, confident and enthusiastic personality.
• Active listening and questioning skills; target-driven mindset.
• Flexible availability, including occasional nights, weekends and holidays; able to work 5 days/week as required by business needs.
