Product Owner

About the Role

We are looking for Senior Product Owner, who will be a pioneer to shape a new customer experience path, rather than following the competition, to help AXONS deliver new products, key processes and features that will increase growth as well as shaping the right product driven culture for the Axons throughout the region. Play a critical leader role for the product squad team, spearhead in creating vision and execute by developing next generation of AgriTech (Agriculture + Technology) to uplifting company to Digitalize organization.

Responsibilities

• Translate key customer experience and analyze entire customer journey; define business strategy, requirements, features and functionality, set timelines and lead a cross-functional team through the customer journey lifecycle.
• Develop next-generation AgriTech products and key processes to drive growth and digitalization.
• Be data-savvy: crunch numbers, maintain data integrity and interpret impactful stories from analysis.
• Develop strategies and conceptual approaches for internal and external parties.
• Lead design teams (UX, UI) on complex projects; promote cross-disciplinary methods while developing and communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale.
• Act as a partner with local partners and peers across CP groups to build buy-in for the vision and execute the plan.

Qualifications

• Proactive and platform-oriented with a “Get greater things done!” attitude; able to spot and solve customer pain points.
• Great agility with creative and technical tools of design and agile product development.
• Strong project and people management skills; able to function as a project leader and an individual contributor.
• Organized; able to manage multiple competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines and pressure.
• Strong knowledge of user interface design processes and methodology for both web-based and mobile applications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to communicate fluently in Thai with high presentation skills; English is a plus.
• Familiar with extracting data from large databases and expert in at least one data analysis package or dashboarding/visualization tool.
• Able to conduct statistical analysis or experimentation with a business focus.
• Highly skilled in product management presentation.
