About the Role

The Amplify Programme at Deloitte provides graduates with real work, personalised support, and opportunities to grow professionally within Technology & Transformation. We’re looking for graduates with less than three years of work experience to kick-start careers in professional services and technology consulting.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience delivering comprehensive solutions to support clients' transformation agendas across Deloitte's Technology & Transformation portfolio.
• Cyber: perform cybersecurity assessments, penetration testing, develop cybersecurity frameworks, implement cloud security solutions, and advise on data protection and threat intelligence.
• Engineering, AI & Data, Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions: work on cloud engineering, data analytics, AI initiatives, modernising systems, and improving operational efficiency and payments/revenue processes.
• Enterprise Technology & Performance: contribute to strategy, design, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise systems and software to improve performance and operations.
• Customer: support data-driven digital marketing and customer-centric digital innovation efforts.
• Human Capital: assist with HR transformation, workforce optimisation, and organisational change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduates (Class of 2023–2026) with up to 3 years of full-time work experience interested in advisory and technology consulting.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, human resources, computer science, computer engineering, information systems and technology, or related fields.
• Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability, logical reasoning, creative thinking, and comfort with numbers.
• Strong passion for consulting and ability to adapt to a fast-paced, challenging work environment.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
