About the Role

Participate in a structured rotation program across key business functions in Wholesale and Retail operations, gaining exposure to Commercial, Merchandising, E-Commerce, Store Operations and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotations across key business functions in Wholesale and Retail operations
• Support cross-functional teams in Commercial, Merchandising, E-Commerce, Store Operations and Supply Chain activities
• Communicate and coordinate with Burmese-speaking partners, suppliers, or stakeholders
• Analyze business data to generate insights and support decision-making
• Contribute to projects that improve business performance and operational efficiency
• Gain exposure to core business functions across Wholesale and Retail environments
• Present ideas, findings, and recommendations clearly to internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• Open to Thai and Non-Thai candidates based in Thailand
• Fresh graduates (0–2 years of experience) in Business, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or related fields
• Proficiency in Burmese (required)
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Interest in Wholesale / Retail business and operations
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a growth mindset
