Project Manager

About the Role

Working Location- Bangsue, Bangkok

The Project Manager will work within the project management team delivering systems with company supplied project management tools to track and efficiently manage the project cycle. Responsible for the implementation, execution and handing over of projects with proper project handover documents on time. Manage cost control/savings on assigned projects and work with Accounts/Admin to carry out invoicing in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise team’s projects’ progress.
• Meet project milestones, control costs and implement savings for projects, and ensure timely project billing.
• Validate suppliers’ quotations are in accordance with site requirements.
• Ensure sales team provide the required information to the project team for efficient project execution.
• Support sales team during bidding phase with project structure presentations and site surveys.
• Define project payment milestones and carry out billing in a timely manner; provide monthly billing forecasts to reporting manager.
• Ensure proper handover to service department with full documentation and ensure handover documents are submitted to clients for their signatories.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in engineering.
• 10+ years in project management responsibilities in low voltage systems.
• Experience managing data center projects.
• Experience dealing with contractors, facilities managers, end users, consultants and managers.
• Experience managing 3rd party subcontractors.
• Ability to communicate in English with regional counterparts.
