About the Role

Support audit fieldwork using data analytics while assisting in assessing risk, control, and governance effectiveness, identifying key audit issues, contributing to audit reporting, and developing audit programs and working papers to ensure efficient and high‑quality audit execution for retail business.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, analytic, operational or day-to-day technical and administrative support in conducting audit fieldwork and promoting the organization's risk management, control, and governance processes to ensure audit projects are well executed.
• Assist in diagnosing the adequacy and efficiency of the control environment of audited units and contribute to developing audit plans.
• Identify and report audit issues or significant findings to the team; prepare draft audit reports and executive summaries.
• Develop and complete audit programs and working papers for audit projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• 3-5 years' experience working in Auditing, Risk, or Compliance in banking is preferred.
• Good command of English.
• Strong in data analytics; experience with Excel, Power BI, etc.
• Good analytical, planning and communication skills.
