Sales Operations Administrator/ Sales Coordinator

About the Company

TYK Filters Co., Ltd. is a filtration manufacturer in Thailand serving Automotive, Motorcycle, Industrial, Agricultural, and Aftermarket customers worldwide. Location: Samut Prakan (Phra Pradaeng Area). Work arrangement: Onsite. Interested in candidates who can start immediately or within June 2026. Starting Date: Immediate or July 2026.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
• Handle sales-related documents/systems, quotations, forecasts, orders, and reports
• Support OEM, OES, and Aftermarket business activities
• Follow up production schedules, deliveries, and customer requirements
• Prepare and maintain sales data
• Communicate with domestic customers daily and support occasional communication with overseas customers and suppliers

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, Customer Service, Logistics, Production Control, or related functions
• Experience in automotive, auto parts, industrial manufacturing, or logistics businesses
• Good Excel skills (reporting)
• Able to communicate in English via email
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, logistics, or technical products is an advantage
• Able to coordinate with multiple functions
