About the Company

Manufacturing of soft drinks and energy drinks and manufacturing of glass bottles. This company produces a well-known Thai energy drink's glass bottles. Location: Bangkok area.

Responsibilities

• Manage glass bottle manufacturing plant focusing on productivity, technology, quality and safety.
• Ensure stable production capacity and improve overall productivity.
• Maintain and comply with safety and food-packaging standards (ISO9001, GMP, HACCP, FSSC/FSSO as applicable).
• Manage production costs, equipment costs and investment budgets.
• Establish production operations that prioritize safety and environmental considerations.
• Train, develop and coach subordinate staff.
• Coordinate with supply chain management, sales team and senior management.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English or Thai.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in glass-related manufacturing.
• Preferable: qualifications/experience in TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, OEE.
• Preferable: experience with ISO, GMP, FSSC, HACCP or similar standards.
• Data-driven management approach; able to lead strategic improvement projects and mobilise teams.
