Account Executive - Cyber Security Insurance

About the Role

Account Executive - Cyber Security Insurance. This is an opportunity for a senior broker (or a junior broker / fresh graduate) to join Howden Maxi Insurance Broker Co., Ltd. to build a cyber insurance portfolio in your locale.

Responsibilities

• Champion cyber security insurance broking and build the local portfolio.
• Lead business development, marketing, planning, partnering and networking to acquire clients for cyber insurance.
• Interface with insurance underwriters to present client risks and negotiate on clients' behalf.
• Pitch, present, guide and articulate terms and product offerings; use in-house risk/loss tools and engage with C-suite stakeholders.
• Become a product, cyber environment, regulatory environment and cyber tools subject-matter expert for your locale.
• Participate in cyber claims process and assist clients following cyber incidents.

Qualifications

• Background options include cyber consultant, digital forensics, loss adjuster, incident response manager, or insurance broker/underwriter within Cyber or similar product lines.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; junior broker roles available for candidates from IT / Security backgrounds (work or study).
• Knowledge and understanding of post-cyber-incident remediation activities and cyber risk impact.
• BSc degree holder (minimum) in computer science, finance/accounting, business is considered beneficial.
• Recognised cyber security certification is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience working with C-suite in a consultative role is beneficial.
• Strong language and communication abilities: good command of English and one other Asian language.
• Thai nationals only.
