Responsibilities

• Checking all produce, meats, and dry goods for freshness, correct temperatures, and expiration dates.
• Matching delivered items against original purchase orders and delivery notes to ensure accuracy.

• Organizing the storerooms, freezers, and dry pantries while rotating stock (First-In, First-Out).
• Reporting any damaged goods, shortages, or price discrepancies to the management team.
