Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize robust data pipelines and ETL processes to ingest, process, and store large volumes of structured and unstructured data from diverse sources.
• Lead the development and deployment of AI and machine learning models to extract insights, automate processes, and enhance decision-making across the organization.
• Define and implement data architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our data infrastructure.
• Consult on and design data organization structures and taxonomies for optimal use, emphasizing data quality and governance.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize data processing workflows and algorithms to improve efficiency and reduce latency.
• Mentor junior team members, provide technical guidance, and promote knowledge sharing to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Able to communicate both writing and speaking in English and Thai.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on financial services or consulting.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing complex data solutions, including data lakes, data warehouses, and real-time streaming platforms.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and proficiency in SQL, Python, Scala, or Java.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with experience in deploying models in production environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior team members.

Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-based data solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL and programming languages for data engineering (e.g., Python, Scala, Java).
• Experience designing data lakes, data warehouses, and real-time streaming platforms.
• Experience deploying AI/ML models in production and applying ML concepts.
