At True Corporation, we are accelerating our AI First transformation — and we’re looking for an experienced IT Procurement Manager to drive category strategy, sourcing leadership, contract governance, and vendor excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Category Strategy Development across software, hardware, data center, infrastructure, and IT services, including category vision and objectives, sourcing models (global vs local), vendor landscape positioning, risk and dependency assessment, savings and value creation roadmap, and cross-BU category reviews.
• Oversee end-to-end IT Sourcing Execution across all BUs, including RFx design and award scenarios, single vs multi-vendor sourcing strategy, Global Frame Agreements (GFA) vs local contracts, strategic software platforms, enterprise IT services, and infrastructure modernization programs; act as final escalation point for negotiation deadlocks and BU sourcing conflicts.
• Own IT Contract Management, including complex IT contract negotiations, commercial structuring and deal closure, contract lifecycle management (renewals, amendments, exits), risk and liability frameworks, and contractual governance aligned with IT architecture, audit, and regulatory standards.
• Lead IT Vendor Relationship Management at a group level, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), SLA and performance reviews, vendor concentration and dependency risk management, innovation discussions, and executive-level escalations.
• Drive Governance, Capability & Transformation, including vendor selection committees, category councils, compliance reviews, knowledge sharing, playbook development, procurement capability building, process standardization, platform adoption (e.g., PTVN), and data and analytics enablement.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in IT Category Management and Sourcing.
• Strong experience in IT procurement sourcing and negotiations.
• Solid understanding of IT vendor markets, commercial and contractual structures, and procurement governance and compliance.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, leadership and project management, stakeholder management, and strategic category management skills.
• Experience managing and coaching procurement experts (2–3 direct reports).
• Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, finance, legal, and vendors.
• Fluent in English.
• CIPS certification is a plus.
