SHE Officer - Prachinburi

Job Position

SHE Officer is responsible for supporting Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) activities at SRF Plant during the construction, commissioning, and operation phases. The role supports compliance with company policies and applicable laws by working closely with the SHE Supervisor, contractors, and plant personnel.

Job Responsibilities

Construction & Commissioning Phase

• Support site SHE activities to ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and project HSE standards.
• Conduct SHE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety awareness activities for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Monitor compliance with PPE requirements, work permits, and plant safety rules.
• Conduct routine SHE inspections and follow up on unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and corrective actions.
• Assist in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and incident reporting.
• Monitor environmental controls, including dust, noise, waste management, spill prevention, and housekeeping.
• Coordinate with contractors and site personnel to ensure compliance with SHE and environmental requirements.

Operation & Maintenance Phase

• Conduct routine SHE inspections and monitor compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
• Inspect emergency equipment and support emergency response drills.
• Monitor environmental performance, including wastewater, air emissions, ambient air quality, noise, and other environmental parameters in accordance with legal requirements.
• Monitor compliance with environmental permits, EIA commitments, industrial waste management, and applicable environmental regulations.
• Prepare environmental monitoring records and reports required by regulatory authorities.
• Conduct SHE and environmental training for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Support ISO management systems, internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, customer visits, and related documentation.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SHE, environmental management, or HSE within industrial plants, waste management, manufacturing, or construction projects.
• Good knowledge of Thai safety laws, environmental regulations, industrial waste management, and EIA requirements.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ESMS, and other relevant management systems.
• Experience supporting both construction and operation phases will be an advantage.
• Good coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to respond effectively to site incidents and emergency situations.
• Good communication skills in Thai and English
