About the Company

“UNIQLO (Thailand) Co., Ltd.” is looking for a Store Development member to further expand our business and contribute to society through clothing in Thailand. We are looking for person who can think from the same perspective as management, formulate strategies, and overcome strong negotiations with Landlords. UNIQLO's increased sales and profits are created by store development.

Responsibilities

• Think from management perspective and formulate store opening strategy for own area of responsibility.
• Negotiate with landlords to acquire sites and maximize sales and profits on behalf of the company.
• Liaise and negotiate with landlords and/or land owners to acquire potential areas/spaces for opening new stores.
• Propose and implement improvements for existing stores from the perspective of customers and staff; respond to store requests promptly.
• Address concerns and maintain consistent follow-up on outstanding issues with team or leader.
• Prepare site surveys to ensure proper work and scheduling.
• Collaborate with cross-department teams and management to gather input and develop new stores.
• Assist with special projects related to store development.
• Coordinate with Store Development (quantity surveying) and Store Design for store construction and handover.
• Estimate project sales and costs and prepare documentation regarding new stores.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in business development and new store openings.
• Ability to effectively manage project schedules on time and on budget.
• Experience in developing, leading and growing within multi-faceted organizational teams.
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and oral in Thai and English.
• Ability to brief and manage 3rd party consultants and contractors.
• Fluent use of Microsoft Office.
• Availability for travel to all provinces and other countries when required.
• Enthusiastic, open-minded, willing to learn and adapt; persistent in difficult negotiations to achieve goals.

Additional Information

• Working hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00–17:00.
