Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and business development teams and manage strategies and respective initiatives/ projects.
• Lead the strategy and business development teams to create and execute strategic initiatives and projects.
• Develop and implement new business development strategies to drive growth in markets, products, and opportunities.
• Consolidate input from external market intelligence and internal initiatives to shape concrete business development programs.
• Ensure integration of business development programs with business unit plans and align efforts across departments.
• Oversee project management of business development programs, monitoring their effectiveness and realigning strategies when necessary.
• Conduct market research and portfolio development activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment, execution, and success of strategic objectives.

Your Qualifications

• Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, General Law
• 10 to 15 years
