T&T Consultant/Senior Consultant - SAP MM/EWM - SEA

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 or Level 3 AMS support: perform in-depth production incident troubleshooting, resolve medium-to-complex incidents, and monitor fixes in accordance with the agreed scope and SLA.
• Identify recurring issues and lead problem management including root cause analysis and delivery of permanent fixes where applicable.
• Lead high-level solution design for medium-to-complex enhancements, estimate effort, and ensure end-to-end solutioning, testing and delivery within agreed timeframes and quality standards.
• Maintain documentation according to firm standards, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
• Comply with AMS processes and client IT policies and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Support project teams in delivery and implementation of SAP applications and development of work products that address client business needs.
• Prepare presentation materials and documentation and coordinate communications with clients.
• Lead and/or coach Analyst and Consultant level members and contribute to business development by preparing proposals, presentations and publications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline.
• 4–8 years’ experience working with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC as a support or implementation team member for SAP MM and/or EWM.
• Good knowledge of integrations to related modules/sub-modules to understand end-to-end business processes and derive test data/scenarios.
• Basic technical debugging experience is an advantage.
• Experience delivering solutions on cloud or on-premise platforms.
• Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile delivery approaches.
• Ability to lead/facilitate discussions, engage stakeholders and drive positive outcomes; proactive, resourceful and collaborative.
• Willingness to work client business hours, participate in rotation for after-hours support, and travel or be placed at client sites if required.
