Supervisor, Product Engineer BU2-4 (AAA)

Responsibilities

• Manage and perform technical support for new product testing phase to deliver output, lead time, and quality targets
• Monitor, track, investigate, and improve new product testing to achieve targets
• Find and optimize parameters, routing, tooling, and techniques for new products
• Lead corrective and preventive actions for delays and quality issues, make decisions and find solutions for day-to-day issues, and inform concerned members
• Summary data and information for handover package and align to concerned team
• Coach and mentor team members on technical knowledge regarding product engineering matters
• Build and develop team with pride, passion, and performance

Qualifications

• Strong ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under pressure
• Highly responsible, able to work under high pressure within limited timelines
• Good knowledge of production processes, especially jewellery manufacturing
• Knowledge of engineering tools
• Technical competency in analytical and problem-solving skills, process management
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Power BI, AI
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
