About the Role

RISE is seeking a strategic and motivated Corporate Innovation Planner to join our team. In this role, you will support the design and development of innovation strategies, people transformation initiatives, and executive learning journeys for leading organizations across Southeast Asia. You will work closely with clients, senior planners, business development teams, and program teams to develop impactful transformation programs that bridge business strategy, innovation, and organizational capability building.

This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical thinking, business curiosity, stakeholder management potential, and a passion for innovation, learning, and organizational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of innovation strategies and people transformation initiatives aligned with client business objectives and organizational challenges
• Assist in designing executive learning journeys, innovation programs, workshops, and capability-building initiatives for corporate clients
• Conduct market research, industry analysis, customer insight gathering, and benchmarking studies to identify strategic opportunities and innovation trends
• Develop presentations, proposals, workshop materials, and strategic recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with Business Development, Program, and Operations teams to support solution development and project execution
• Coordinate project activities and support the successful delivery of client engagements and transformation programs
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather requirements and contribute to solution development
• Support the development of new business solutions, innovation services, and thought leadership initiatives that strengthen RISE's offerings

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, innovation, consulting, learning & development, project management, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Communication, Engineering, or related disciplines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure business challenges and develop actionable insights
• Excellent presentation development and storytelling capability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Passion for innovation, organizational transformation, learning, and emerging business trends
• Strong communication skills in both Thai and English
• Self-driven, adaptable, collaborative, and eager to learn
