PMX Operator - Rayong Plant

About the Role

To ensure that the machine is operated in the most efficient, safe, economical and continuous way at its optimum capacity. Ensure proper maintenance and servicing of the machine according to manufacturer’s instructions and sanitation of the machine and its surroundings before and after operations. Administer immediate correction and repair of the machine before, during and after operation to ensure an efficient run. Follow good manufacturing practice (GMP), security, safety and good hygiene in the process area. Work as assigned by Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Check and repair machine/equipment periodically as per preventive scheduled plan or as necessary.
• Optimize usage of all materials for assigned machine to reduce material loss.
• Coordinate with QA and Syrup Technician to operate according to assigned SOPs.
• Perform machine start-up and shut-down in accordance with SOP or manufacturer manual.
• Coordinate with next shift to turnover reports and log sheets containing production run status, pending process, parameters used and machine status.
• Keep and clean equipment and work area before and after production.
• Participate in activities to achieve Quality, Food Safety, Environment, Health & Safety (QFSE/HSE) standards, ISO and plant requirements.
• Operate under HSE regulations, use required PPE, attend training and emergency drills, and support internal/external QHSE monitoring with supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Vocational certificate in Electrical, Electronic or related course.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Able to work in shift pattern.
