Location: Nava Nakorn Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya/Pathum Thani, Thailand
Purpose: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while fostering a culture of safety excellence across all data center operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; implement corrective actions
- Deliver HSE training and induction programs for all staff and contractors
- Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations
- Manage emergency response plans and conduct regular drills
- Monitor environmental performance including waste management and energy efficiency
- Maintain HSE documentation and prepare compliance reports
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities for inspections and certifications
- Promote safety awareness and best practices across the organization
Job Specification
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field
Experience
- Minimum 5 years in HSE role, preferably in data centers or industrial facilities
- Experience with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 implementation
Skills & Competencies
- Thorough knowledge of Thai HSE regulations and international standards
- Strong analytical and risk assessment capabilities
- Excellent training and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
- Ability to influence and drive safety culture change
Certifications (Required/Preferred)
- Safety Officer License (Thailand)
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (preferred)
- First Aid and CPR certified
Language
- Fluent in Thai and English
